올해도 어김없이 1년 동안 수고한 모든 직원들과 함께 해외 워크숍, 세부를 가게 되었습니다.. 올해는 빡빡한 일정보다 여유롭게 보내고 싶어 하는 직원들이 많아 자유일정으로 가게 되었습니다. 직원들끼리 편을 나눠 수영, 수구 등 여러 스포츠를 즐기면서 더욱더 단합을 다지는 계기가 되었던 것 같습니다. 생각해보니 벌써 5년째가 되었네요.. 앞으로도 계속될 수 있도록 직원들과 같이 만들어 나가야겠습니다.

올해도 봄 워크숍을 다녀왔습니다. 2년 만에 다시 찾은 청도. 따뜻한 날씨, 좋은 직원들과 함께 하니 더욱 즐거웠습니다. 매년 갖는 행사이지만 직원들끼리 더 이해하고 단합되는 계기가 되는 것 같습니다. ‘입이 여럿이면 금도 녹인다’는 속담처럼 올해도 단결하여 무엇이든 할 수 있다는 것을 보여줍시다^^
